After almost a full day of sleep, it was time to celebrate our arrival. A quick Google search led us to an Uber ride to the B-Town Restro Bar, located inside the Grand Excelsior Hotel in Bur Dubai. The restaurant is “Bombay-styled,” offering a conventional dining area that we passed on, as we were in the mood for drinks.

Despite a private party happening in the bar area, the hosts were kind enough to accommodate us there. The place had a great ambiance with comfortable seating, several large TVs playing Bollywood hits, and even a pool table.

The offerings included five drinks for just 50 AED. Chips and popcorn were available as snacks, and the appetizers we ordered included chicken and kebabs, which certainly hit the spot. Interestingly, there were quite a few kids in the area, probably attending the private party, but they didn’t detract from the experience.

The Shisha(hookah) was rich in guava flavor and further elevated our spirits. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
