Situated in a Strip Mall in Morgan Hill, is one of my favorite restaurants in Morgan Hill, Vietasia. The Restaurant offers a fine Fusion Vietnamese cuisine. It has a decent bar, and a small seating area, for small groups. It’s staff and the its owner are polite, respectful and courteous.

While the restaurant offers decent Pho, Bao and other traditional dishes, there are other dishes that I would encourage patrons to try.

One is the Lemongrass soup which is spicy and flavorful. The Mongolian Beef, which is one of their unique offerings is another of my favorites. I once accidentally asked for Mongolian Chicken. The staff obliged me with a Chicken dish, with the same Mongolian gravy and spice, despite the dish, not being part of their regular menu.

Another great dish to try would be the Seafood soup. Try this unique restaurant, if you are in the area. The venue serves great dishes at reasonable prices in a pleasant setting.
